I have been working with John since post migration on the regulatory reporting for mortgages. He has a very extensive IT knowledge and insight of the Mortgage Application System and has contributed greatly in shaping and improving the data definition for extraction of data from upstream system to the regulatory portal. He is very adaptive, engaging and pays great attention to details, be it system or lending policy change, always keeping me informed about the change and the potential impact on the reporting.
