I have worked with Jaume on a number of projects and always found his market knowledge and subject matter expertise to be exceptional. His ability to get things done, often in complex areas covering a number of business areas sets him apart from the crowd. He is very calm, measured and pragmatic, and this approach, coupled with his skills, have led to successful delivery of multiple complex projects and change initiatives.

John is among one of the best designers i have ever worked with. His in-depth functional and operation knowledge easily reflects in design which ease the process of a technical team to understand the requirement and the technical implementation. He is a very easy to go person and always explains the things quite elaborately to make it understand to a developer. John & I have worked in many projects including Home Insurance, Case Data Update and other Mortgage Sales and Originations deliverables and his expertise, knowledge have inspired me to move ahead in my career. I learned a lot from him and I believe he is a great mentor and an asset to any team.

I have been working with John since post migration on the regulatory reporting for mortgages.  He has a very extensive IT  knowledge and insight of the Mortgage Application System and has contributed  greatly in shaping and improving the data definition for extraction of data from upstream system to the regulatory portal. He is very adaptive, engaging and pays great attention to details, be it system or lending policy change, always keeping me informed about the change and the potential impact on the reporting.  It has been always pleasure to work with him.  He is a great asset on any Change project.

I’ve worked with Jaume on an almost daily basis for the last 3 or so years. I’ve worked with John on a number of different Projects at Barclays and found him to be a great ally in achieving IT system delivery. He is very analytical which is a great trait for a Designer but in addition he can get involved at the “coal face” of coding and technical integration testing. I have worked closely with John on many mortgage releases for Barclays. Most recently i have worked with John and many of the team on the replacement of the Bank of America system with a new Mortgage Origination System. John was key and still is in delivering that change, along with many upgrades to stabilise such a major change.
